The predicted salary is between 25000 - 32000 £ per year.

To provide a combination of front of house/administrative and fee-earning support, ensuring a professional client experience and the efficient day to day running of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and fee-earning support to the solicitors, supporting the smooth running of their caseloads
  • Schedule appointments
  • Assist with the preparation of documents, including some typing from dictation
  • Handle incoming enquiries
  • Greet clients in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Manage the reception area and meeting rooms
  • Manage and maintain client files within the firm’s case management system

Skills and Experience

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • High level of attention to detail, particularly in relation to document management and file accuracy
  • Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience of working in a client facing or front of house role, ideally within a professional services environment (ideally legal services)
  • Competence in using digital systems, including case management software and Microsoft Office
  • Professional and approachable manner with a focus on client care
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
