Family Journeys are delighted to offer the opportunity for a new Lead Worker in their Family Connections Team based in the Edinburgh Centre (Gorgie). The role will manage a complex caseload of families accessing child contact and mediation.

This is a 0.4 FTE contract (7- or 14-hour) with some flexible admin hours that can be worked from home. Salary Band Grade 6 SCP 46 £32,454 - £35,263 FTE.

Deadline: 5pm Tuesday 11th August 2026. Full training and paid induction provided.
