Family Journeys are delighted to offer the opportunity for a new Lead Worker in their Family Connections Team based in the Edinburgh Centre (Gorgie). Family Journeys support families after separation, providing child contact, mediation, and family support to hundreds of families experiencing conflict and family breakdown.

This role will manage a complex case load of families accessing child contact. The role can be offered on a 7- or 14-hour contract (0.4 FTE) covering our busiest days of Saturday and/or Sunday, including some flexible admin hours that can be worked from home at any time.

  • Salary Band Grade 6 SCP 46: £32,454 - £35,263 FTE
