- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand resourcing needs and advise on best-practice hiring
- Proactively source talent through social media, job boards, CV databases and direct attraction methods
- Coach and upskill hiring managers on interviewing, assessment and selection
- Track recruitment KPIs across permanent hires
- Champion diversity, equality and inclusion throughout every stage of the hiring process
About You

Proven experience as a recruiter, with a track record of sourcing and placing quality candidates. Strong understanding of direct sourcing methods, including social media and job boards. Excellent interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities at once. Previous experience within an in-house or in-house-style recruitment team. Experience recruiting within a governed or high compliance sector (e.g. childcare, education, healthcare, financial services). Up-to-date knowledge of market mapping, headhunting and talent pipelining.
