Family First is seeking a caring Nursery Room Leader to join our Sutton Coldfield team. You’ll lead a safe, engaging early years room, help children learn and grow, and uphold safeguarding and EYFS standards in a nurturing environment. You’ll mentor colleagues, build strong relationships with families and maintain high-quality learning through tailored training and progression opportunities.

This full-time role (40 hours/week) offers flexible options, 33 days holiday, and a 75% childcare discount.
