Family First Brimpton House Nursery in Kelvedon, Colchester is seeking a dedicated Room Leader to guide the toddler room (ages 1-2) and collaborate with other rooms to ensure smooth transitions and a nurturing environment. The role requires a Level 3 Childcare qualification and over 1 year of Early Years experience.
You will work 40 hours per week between 8:00am and 6:00pm, supporting children’s physical, social and emotional development and maintaining EYFS standards.
