About us
We specialise in family law and particularly in difficult or interesting cases. Our work is diverse and covers the whole gamut of problems faced by the families of today. We regularly advise on Children Act cases that involve complex issues, such as alienation or coercive control. Our financial work has a range from modest value assets to families with many millions of pounds in assets. We are committed to offering affordable law. We are transitioning to unbundled services and fixed fees only and we are market leaders in this method of helping clients to afford legal advice. Full training will be provided if this is new to you.
We are operating a remote practice. You can be anywhere in the country although we would expect you to attend our Oxford office occasionally for team building purposes or training. Not all our staff work from Oxfordshire, so your geography is not an issue for us. We provide training to improve your skills and ensure you have access to the latest practitioner assistance such as Lexis Nexis PSL, MBL learning and case management with AI assistance built in. We offer a healthy respect for your work/life balance, a competitive salary and a benefits package based on loyalty and performance. If you needed flexibility in your hours that is something we could discuss with you but this is a full-time role.
