Our work takes us to a variety of lively locations, including train stations, shopping centres, airports, and festivals/events. Our residential teams work in the community right across South Wales. We believe that work should be fun, professional, and filled with unforgettable experiences. Who says work has to be boring?

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in face-to-face interactions.
• Provide information and answer questions regarding charities to assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and share best practices.
• Continuously learn about new campaigns and sales techniques to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to engage with customers face-to-face.
• No prior sales experience required; full training will be provided.
• Enthusiasm for learning and developing sales techniques.
• Customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic sales environment.

• Hourly Wage: National Living Wage – £15 per hour
• Bonuses & Incentives: In addition to an hourly wage we also offer an exceptional, industry leading un-capped bonus structure where you can earn a lot more than just your hourly wage.
