Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner
- Ensure that each child’s individual needs are met, delivering high-quality care and education in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities that support each child’s unique learning and development.
- Collaborate with your team, demonstrating a flexible attitude and a willingness to develop new skills.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
- Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety matters to management.
- Support the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What We’re Looking For
- Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification - essential
- Fluency in written and spoken English - essential
- Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years - desirable
- Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable
