Located in Kingsworthy, just outside Winchester, our nursery offers a peaceful environment where children can grow, explore, and develop a true appreciation for the outdoors.

Our outdoor provision is a standout feature, with multiple garden areas, a large hard-surfaced playground, and a supersized sandpit. Our babies also benefit from their own specially designed balcony – a calm, secure space to enjoy fresh air safely and outdoor exploration.

Many of our staff have been with us for over 10 years, creating a warm, supportive, and family-like environment for both children and colleagues. We pride ourselves on our nurturing culture, where everyone is valued and works together to provide the highest standard of care. Despite our rural location, we are easily accessible, with a convenient bus stop right outside the nursery.

We are currently seeking a Nursery Room Leader to join our team in our Preschool Room. This role requires working 40 hours per week, with shifts between 8am and 6pm. The ideal candidate will hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification. Please note, this is a year-round position, as the nursery operates throughout the year and is not term-time only.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • £500 Welcome Bonus
  • Refer a Friend - Earn up to £750 when you refer a friend
