Footsteps Atherstone Nursery & Pre-School has an exciting opportunity for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team. We are looking for someone who puts children at the heart of everything they do and can help deliver our ethos and curriculum. Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Deliver learning experiences and planned activities for a key group that provides outstanding opportunities for the children
- Work within a team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children
- Work in partnership with parents to ensure the outcomes for children are met
- Assess and report on children's progress to ensure continued development
- Be passionate, inspiring and work effectively within a team and have a hands on approach to your own professional learning and development
- To be fun, caring and friendly
- To promote a high-quality learning environment
Requirements
What do we need from you?
- Passion and commitment to working in childcare
- Ability to work shifts between 7.30-6.00pm Monday to Friday working between 40 hours per week
- Commitment to continual development
- Have sound Knowledge of EYFS
- NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, NVQ level 3, EY Educator
