Hours: Full‑time, 40 hours per week (5 days)
Salary: £28,080 per year * recently increased
Qualification: Full & relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)
The nursery is Ofsted‑rated Good set in beautiful surroundings, where a supportive team is backed by an exciting refurbishment creating fresh, modern spaces for children and staff to enjoy. Easily accessible by rail via Crews Hill station, with free onsite parking and convenient access from Enfield Town, Gordon Hill, the A10 and M25.

What you will be doing:
- Working closely with your Room Leader and a supportive management team, you’ll provide high‑quality care and learning in line with EYFS
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Contribute ideas to planning — your voice matters
- Maintain a safe, calm and welcoming environment
- Feel supported to meet safeguarding and Ofsted expectations.
You’ll never be left to “manage everything alone”.
What We’re Looking For
- Full & relevant Level 2 Early Years qualification
- At least 1 year’s experience in an Early Years setting
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Clear communication in spoken and written English
- A team player who enjoys working with children and colleagues
