Job Details

  • Location: Theobalds Park Road, Crews Hill, Enfield, EN2 9BD
  • Hours: Full‑time, 40 hours per week (5 days)
  • Salary: £30,139.20 per year * recently increased
  • Qualification: Full & relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)

What you will be doing:

  • Working closely with your Room Leader and a supportive management team, you’ll provide high‑quality care and learning in line with EYFS
  • Build positive relationships with children and families
  • Contribute ideas to planning — your voice matters
  • Maintain a safe, calm and welcoming environment
  • Feel supported to meet safeguarding and Ofsted expectations. You’ll never be left to “manage everything alone”.

What We’re Looking For

  • Full & relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • At least 1 year’s experience in an Early Years setting
  • Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Clear communication in spoken and written English
  • A team player who enjoys working with children and colleagues
  • (Experience supporting inspections is helpful, but not essential.)
