As a Nursery Room Leader, you'll help children learn, play, and grow in a nurturing, high-quality learning environment. You will build strong relationships with children and families, manage safeguarding, records, and room standards. A childcare qualification is required, along with written and spoken English proficiency in an Early Years setting, and knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices.
