Requirements:

  • Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and safeguarding of all children always
  • Act as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and their families
  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children’s development
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s learning and development accurately
  • Support children’s physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of practice
