As a Nursery Third in Charge, you'll help children learn, play, and grow in a safe environment. You will lead the nursery leadership team by leading through positive role modelling, developing staff through coaching, supervision and team support, and helping maintain nursery standards.
Requirements:
- Level 3 childcare qualification
- Written and spoken English
- Experience in an Early Years setting
- Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices
