Footsteps Stafford Nursery & Pre-School is based in a large period property with an impressive outdoor garden. Our nursery features an on-site forest school including an outside classroom. This friendly and homely nursery provides quality childcare for children from birth to 5 years. Our staff provide both a stimulating environment, as well as excellent opportunities for children to learn through a mix of adult-led and child-initiated activities.

  • Deliver learning experiences and planned activities for a key group that provides outstanding opportunities for the children.
  • Work within a team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children.
  • Work in partnership with parents to ensure the outcomes for children are met.
  • Assess and report on children's progress to ensure continued development.
  • Be passionate, inspiring, and work effectively within a team while having a hands-on approach to your own professional learning and development.
  • Promote a high-quality learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Passion and commitment to working in childcare.
  • Ability to work shifts between 7.30 am - 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday, working 40 hours per week.
  • NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, NVQ level 3, EY Educator.
