Your Role as Room Leader:

  • Create engaging, age-appropriate experiences that support children’s development
  • Lead by example, promoting a nurturing and inclusive environment
  • Support staff with high-quality observations and updates on EyLog
  • Champion the key person approach to build secure attachments
  • Maintain accurate records using EyMan and ensure compliance with EYFS
  • Safeguard the wellbeing of children, staff, and families at all times

What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 3 Childcare Qualification – Essential
  • 1+ Year Experience in Early Years – Essential
  • 6+ Months in a Senior Role – Desirable
  • Strong understanding of EYFS and Ofsted standards
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
