Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner
In this rewarding position, you will:
- Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development.
- Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery.
- Build professional relationships and report any concerns to management.
- Facilitate a strong key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
- Participate in regular team meetings to stay updated on priorities and policies.
What We Are Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (essential).
- Fluency in written and spoken English (essential).
- Over 1 year of experience in Early Years (desirable).
- Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements (desirable).
