Your responsibilities will include: Creating stimulating and purposeful learning experiences tailored to children\’s developmental stages Supporting the holistic development of children—physically, intellectually, socially, and emotionally Assisting staff in maintaining high-quality updates on the EyLog system and children\’s learning journals Leading by example to promote respect and credibility within the team Implementing an effective key person approach to foster secure attachments Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with the EYFS statutory framework Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff member, parent, and visitor *Please note that duties may evolve, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
