Salary: £27,892.80 per annum

Hours: Full-time, 40 Hours, Monday–Friday

As a Nursery Room Leader, you’ll help children learn, play, and grow in a safe, engaging environment. You will:

  • Lead a nurturing, high-quality learning environment.
  • Support and mentor team members.
  • Build strong relationships with children and families.
  • Maintain safeguarding, records and room standards.

About You

You’re compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a difference every day.

Essential:

  • Level 3 childcare qualification
  • Confident written and spoken English

Desirable:

  • Experience in an Early Years setting
  • Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices
