  • Support the delivery of high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
  • Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and safeguarding of all children at all times
  • Support the Key Person in building strong relationships with children and families
  • Assist in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
  • Observe children's development and contribute to learning records and assessments
