What You’ll Do

  • Create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
  • Support children’s physical, emotional, and social development
  • Lead by example and promote best practices
  • Champion the key person approach to build secure attachments
  • Use EyLog and EyMan systems to maintain accurate records
  • Ensure a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment

What You’ll Need

  • Level 3 Childcare Qualification – essential
  • 1+ year experience in Early Years – essential
  • Leadership experience – desirable
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS Ofsted standards
  • Excellent communication skills
