Your Role as Early Years Practitioner:
Deliver high-quality care and education in a safe, nurturing environment
Observe, assess, and plan engaging activities tailored to each child’s development
Build strong relationships with children, families, and your team
Promote cleanliness, safety, and wellbeing throughout the nursery
Follow company policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health & safety
Support children’s physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development
What We’re Looking For:
Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification
– Essential
Fluent in written and spoken English
– Essential
1+ Year Experience in Early Years

Knowledge of EYFS & regulatory requirements
