Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities that support each child’s unique learning and development. Collaborate with your team, demonstrating a flexible attitude and a willingness to learn new skills. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied. Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety concerns to management. Support the holistic development of children, focusing on their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth. *Please note that the duties and responsibilities outlined in this job description are not exhaustive. What You Need to Succeed To thrive in this role, you will need: A full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (essential) Fluency in written and spoken English (essential) Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years (desirable) Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements (desirable) We are committed to safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
