Position: Nursery Room Leader
\nHours: 40 hours per week
\nSchedule: Monday - Friday, All year round
\nSalary: £36,670.40 per annum

As a Room Leader, you will:

- Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development \n
- Support the holistic development of children—physically, intellectually, socially, and emotionally \n
- Assist staff in maintaining high-quality updates on the EyLog system and child learning journals \n
- Lead by example, promoting respect and credibility in your role \n
- Implement an effective key person approach to foster secure attachments \n
- Maintain accurate records on the EyMan system and ensure compliance with statutory requirements \n
- Prioritize the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff member, parent, and visitor \n
- Ensure adherence to the statutory framework for the EYFS \n

\n\nWhat You Need to Succeed\nTo thrive in this role, you should have:

- Full and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification - Essential \n
- Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years - Essential \n
- Over 6 months’ experience in a senior position - Desirable \n
- Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations for achieving a Good or Outstanding rating - Desirable \n
- Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS - Essential \n
- Fluency in written and spoken English - Essential \n
