Full-time | Monday–Friday | 40 hours per week
Salary: £31,200 per annum

ResponsibilitiesEnsure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent, and visitor at all times.
Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met throughout the nursery.
Assist in managing the acceptance and administration of medication and ensure care plans are thorough and up to date for children or staff with health conditions.
Ensure that all children receive stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments and resources that are appropriate to their age and stage of development.
Promote respect and credibility for this position through effective communication skills, impartiality, and consistency.
Inspire staff team with creative ideas and new challenges with aim to achieve outstanding practice.
Maintain accurate records and accounts relating to children and staff on EyMAnsystem and on file.
Undertake any other duties to ensure the smooth running of the nursery and safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.

RequirementsFull and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification – Essential
Leadership experience – Essential
Over 1 years\’ experience of working in Early Years – Essential
Sound knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements – Essential
Over 1 years\’ experience of working in a management position – Desirable.
Level 5 qualification in Childcare and / or Management and Leadership – Desirable
Experience of successfully passing an Ofsted inspection to good or outstanding – Desirable
