Small People Nursery is a unique, outdoor-based early years setting that follows a strong Forest School approach. Children are given the freedom to explore, play, and learn in a natural environment, with most of their time spent outdoors.
As Nursery Manager, you will lead the day-to-day running of the nursery while developing your nursery team. You will ensure EYFS and safeguarding standards are met, build strong parent partnerships, and lead Ofsted preparation and inspections.

- £42,500 depending on experience
