Your Role as Early Years Practitioner:
- Deliver high-quality care and education in a safe, nurturing environment
- Observe, assess, and plan engaging activities tailored to each child’s development
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and your team
- Promote cleanliness, safety, and wellbeing throughout the nursery
- Follow company policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health & safety
- Support children’s physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development
What We’re Looking For:
- Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification – Essential
- Fluent in written and spoken English – Essential
- 1+ Year Experience in Early Years – Desirable
- Knowledge of EYFS & regulatory requirements – Desirable
