Your Role as a Level 3 Practitioner:
- Deliver high-quality care and education tailored to each child’s individual needs
- Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families
- Follow nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health & safety
- Support children’s physical, emotional, and social development through play and interaction
Requirements:
- Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification – Essential
- Fluent in written and spoken English – Essential
- 1+ year experience in Early Years – Desirable
- Knowledge of EYFS & regulatory requirements – Desirable
