Kloisters Kindergarten & pre-school is located in Kent ME1 2UR. We provide a stimulating atmosphere where learning is a natural and welcome part of everyday life, working within a strong framework that ensures high-quality opportunities for all children and their families. Our nursery features large, spacious rooms designed to encourage exploration, creativity, and development at every stage.
We are currently seeking a Nursery Practitioner to join our team. This full-time role requires working 45 hours per week. The ideal candidate will hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification. Please note, this is a year-round position, as the nursery operates throughout the year and is not term-time only.

As Nursery Practitioner, you will:
- Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children, that are appropriate to their age and stage of development
- Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met
- Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery, and promote these daily in every routine
- Undertake any other duties to ensure the smooth running of the nursery, and the safety and wellbeing of children, staff and families
- Maintain strictly professional relationships and report any complaints or concerns to management in accordance with company policy and procedures

As Nursery Practitioner, you will need:
- Full and relevant Level 2/3 childcare qualification - essential
- Fluent in written and spoken English - essential
- Over 1 year's experience of working in Early Years - desirable
- Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable
