Requirements- Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
- Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and safeguarding of all children always
- Act as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and families
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's development
- Observe, assess, and record children's learning and development accurately
- Support children's physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of practice
