Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Totton Day Nursery
Location: High Street, Totton (3-minute walk from train station)
Full-Time | 40 hours per week | Monday–Friday
Salary: £27,518 per annum

Your Role as Level 3 Nursery Practitioner:
- Create engaging, age-appropriate activities and environments
- Ensure EYFS requirements are met and embedded in daily practice
- Promote hygiene and cleanliness throughout the nursery
- Support the smooth running of the nursery and wellbeing of children, staff, and families
- Build strong key person relationships and support children’s emotional development
- Attend team meetings and stay up to date with policies, priorities, and best practices
What We’re Looking For:
- Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification – Essential
- Fluent in written and spoken English – Essential
- 1+ Year Experience in Early Years – Desirable
- Knowledge of EYFS regulatory requirements – Desirable
