We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Early Years Level 3 Practitioner to become part of our warm and welcoming team at The Worcester Park Day Nursery. Located on Capstone Road in Gillingham, Prima Montessori Nursery is situated on the Elm Court Estate, offering ample parking spaces. Rated \”Good\” by Ofsted (July 2022). Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner: As a valued member of our team, you’ll: Create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences Ensure EYFS standards are met with care and creativity Promote a clean, safe, and nurturing environment Build strong bonds with children and families through our key person approach Collaborate with your team in regular meetings and ongoing development *Duties and responsibilities in this job description are not exhaustive or restrictive, changes and other duties relevant to this post may be added. As Nursery Practitioner, you will need: Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification – essential Fluent in written and spoken English – essential Over 1 years’ experience of working in Early Years – desirable Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements – desirable We are committed to safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. A Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate will be required for all posts. This post will be subject to enhanced checks as part of our Safeguarding Duty.
