Step into Leadership at The CherryField Day Nursery. We are looking for a dedicated and inspiring Deputy Manager to join the team for one year, with the potential to progress to a field deputy manager role. You will help lead our vibrant, nurturing settings where children thrive and staff feel valued.
The nursery is purpose-built, bright and welcoming to staff and children. We have on-site parking and are within walking distance of Epsom train station.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and happiness of every child, parent, and team member
- Support the delivery of outstanding EYFS practice across all rooms
- Manage medication and care plans with diligence and compassion
- Inspire the team with creativity, consistency, and a positive attitude
- Maintain accurate records using the EyMan system
- Step up as a role model, mentor, and motivator for colleagues
- Help drive continuous improvement and prepare for Ofsted inspections
What You\’ll Bring
- Level 3 Childcare Qualification – essential
