As a Nursery Third in Charge, you’ll help children learn, play, and grow in a safe, engaging environment. Support the nursery leadership team by leading through positive role modelling and maintaining high standards. Guide and develop staff through coaching, supervision and team collaboration. Help maintain staffing, ratios and the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery.
Requirements:
- Level 3 childcare qualification
- Confident written and spoken English
- Experience in an Early Years setting
- Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices
