Family First Group’s Coton Day Nursery in Cambridge is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead the day-to-day running and maintain high standards across the setting. You will lead, motivate and develop the team, ensure EYFS and safeguarding compliance, build strong parent partnerships and drive occupancy.

This permanent, full-time role offers £40,170 per year (dependent on experience) plus a quarterly bonus scheme worth up to £3,000; 27 days leave plus bank holidays.
