We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader to join our supportive, friendly team at Oaktree Day Nursery, Finchampstead.
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday) with flexible options available.
Location: Oaktree Day Nursery, Finchampstead (local public transport + free on-site parking).

As a Nursery Room Leader, you'll help children learn, play, and grow in a nurturing, high-quality learning environment. You will build strong relationships with children and families while ensuring safeguarding, records, and room standards are maintained.
Requirements:
- 3 childcare qualifications
- Written and spoken English proficiency
- Experience in an Early Years setting
- Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices
