We’re looking for a caring, enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader to join our supportive, friendly team at Oaktree Day Nursery, Finchampstead.

Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday) with flexible options available.

As a Nursery Room Leader, you’ll help children learn, play, and grow in a nurturing, high-quality learning environment. You will build strong relationships with children and families while ensuring safeguarding, records, and room standards are maintained.

Requirements:

  • 3 childcare qualifications
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Experience in an Early Years setting
  • Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices
