We’re looking for a caring, enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader to join our supportive, friendly team at Oaktree Day Nursery, Finchampstead.
Welcome Bonus: £1,000 (T&Cs apply)
Flexible Working Options: 4 or 5 days, part-time or bank
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday) with flexible options available
Location: Oaktree Day Nursery, Finchampstead (local public transport + free on-site parking)

As a Nursery Room Leader, you’ll help children learn, play, and grow in a nurturing, high-quality learning environment. You will build strong relationships with children and families while ensuring safeguarding, records, and room standards are maintained.
You should have a Level 3 childcare qualification and be proficient in written and spoken English in an Early Years setting, with knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices.
