Your Role as a Level 3 Practitioner:
- Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences
- Foster a safe, inspiring, and nurturing environment
- Support children's emotional, physical, and social development
- Uphold safeguarding, health, and safety standards

Level 3 Childcare Qualification (essential)
- Strong spoken and written English
- 1+ year Early Years experience (desirable)
- Understanding of the EYFS and regulatory requirements (desirable)
