What The Role Involves:

Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience & Qualifications: We welcome candidates with a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g., NVQ, CACHE or BTEC), ensuring a strong foundation in early years practices.
- Safeguarding: You must be committed to child protection and have a solid understanding of safeguarding practices to ensure a safe, nurturing environment.
- Communication: You should be able to communicate clearly and effectively with children, parents, and colleagues in both written and spoken English.
