As Nursery Manager, you will:
- Lead the day-to-day running of the nursery while maintaining and developing your nursery team
- Ensure EYFS and safeguarding compliance
- Build strong parent partnerships
- Oversee nursery performance
- Lead Ofsted preparation and inspections
- Commit to safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children
Requirements:
- Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification
- Previous Nursery Management experience
- Knowledge of safeguarding and high-quality childcare and education
- Childcare, Leadership, or Management qualifications
- Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
