Footsteps Nursery Fradley is a permanent position offering up to 40 hours per week, with flexibility from Monday to Friday. The pay is £13.97 per hour, equating to a salary of £28,080 per annum. We are looking to fill 3 positions: 2 full-time (40 hours) and 1 part-time (30 hours).
About Us: This converted barn building is set in a beautiful rural location surrounded by fields, boasting large outdoor play environments suitable for all weather conditions. Fradley Nursery allows children from birth to 5 years to explore, learn, and develop through various activities and resources that promote learning through play. Our nursery features open spaces for outdoor learning, including a bespoke forest school facility.

This position would suit an experienced Nursery Practitioner who has previously worked in a similar environment caring for children aged between 0 - 5 years and is looking for an exciting career opportunity.
Requirements:- Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification - Essential
- Over 1 year's experience working in Early Years - Essential
- Previous experience working with babies under 2 years old - Desirable
- Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations to achieve a Good or Outstanding rating - Desirable
- Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - Essential
- Fluent in written and spoken English - Essential
