Footsteps Nursery Fradley is looking for 3 positions: 2 Full time (40 hours) and 1 Part time (30 hours). The role is permanent, offering up to 40 hours per week with flexibility from Monday to Friday at a rate of £13.97 per hour, equating to a salary of £28,080 per annum.

This position would suit an experienced Nursery Practitioner who has previously worked in a similar environment caring for children aged between 0 – 5 years and is looking for an exciting career opportunity.

The nursery is set in a beautiful rural location surrounded by fields, featuring large outdoor play environments suitable for all weather conditions. Children from birth to 5 years can explore, learn, and develop through various activities and resources that promote learning through play. The nursery also includes open spaces for outdoor learning in a bespoke forest school facility.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification
  • Over 1 year's experience working in Early Years
  • Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with babies under 2 years old
  • Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations to achieve a Good or Outstanding rating
