Footsteps Nursery Fradley is looking for 3 positions: 2 Full time (40 hours) and 1 Part time (30 hours). The role is permanent, offering up to 40 hours per week with flexibility, Monday to Friday, at a rate of £13.97 per hour or a salary of £28,080 per annum.

The nursery is located in a beautiful rural setting, featuring large outdoor play environments suitable for all weather conditions. Children from birth to 5 years can explore, learn, and develop through various activities and resources that promote learning through play. Our nursery also includes open spaces for outdoor learning in our bespoke forest school facility.

This position would suit an experienced Nursery Practitioner who has previously worked in a similar environment caring for children aged between 0 – 5 years and is looking for an exciting career opportunity.

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare Qualification - Essential
  • Over 1 year's experience working in Early Years - Essential
  • Previous experience working with babies under 2 years old - Desirable
  • Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations to achieve a Good or Outstanding rating - Desirable
  • Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - Essential
  • Fluent in written and spoken English - Essential
