As a Nursery Room Leader, you’ll help children learn, play, and grow in a nurturing, high-quality learning environment, building strong relationships with children and families while maintaining safeguarding, records, and room standards. You should have a childcare qualification and be proficient in written and spoken English in an Early Years setting, along with knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices.
