Salary: £31,200 per annum

Hours: Full-time (40 hours, Monday–Friday) with flexible options available

The Role

As a Nursery Third in Charge, you’ll help children learn, play, and grow in a safe, engaging environment. You will:

  • Support the nursery leadership team by leading through positive role modelling and maintaining high standards.
  • Guide and develop staff through coaching, supervision and team collaboration.
  • Build strong partnerships with parents and carers through effective communication and support.
  • Help maintain staffing, ratios and the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery.

About You

You’re compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a difference every day.

Essential:

  • Level 3 childcare qualification
  • Confident written and spoken English

Desirable:

  • Experience in an Early Years setting
  • Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices
