We’re looking for a caring, enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader to join our supportive, friendly team at Oaktree Day Nursery, Finchampstead.

  • Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week, Monday–Friday) with flexible options available
  • Location: Oaktree Day Nursery, Finchampstead (local public transport + free on-site parking)

As a Nursery Room Leader, you’ll help children learn, play, and grow in a nurturing, high-quality learning environment while building strong relationships with children and families. You will be responsible for safeguarding, maintaining records, and ensuring room standards.

Requirements:

  • 3 childcare qualifications
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Experience in an Early Years setting
  • Knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding best practices
