As Nursery Manager, you will lead the day-to-day running of the nursery while maintaining and developing your nursery team. Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring EYFS and safeguarding compliance
- Building strong parent partnerships
- Leading nursery performance
- Leading Ofsted preparation and inspections
- Promoting wellbeing
Requirements:
- Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification
- Previous Nursery Management experience
- Knowledge of safeguarding and Early Years
- Commitment to high-quality childcare and education
- Experience with outstanding Ofsted outcomes
